Each franchisee spends four weeks training to become a certified Pit Master before opening a new location.
The new website is only one piece of Dickey's newest technological innovations. Recently the barbecue brand also launched its own online ordering platform, which offers a more streamlined and user-friendly way for guests to order their barbecue. Dickey's will also unveil a new app in the second quarter which will offer a seamless mobile experience.
