Dice Holdings, Inc. to Present at Upcoming Investor Events

NEW YORK, Feb. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Dice Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: DHX) today announced that the Company will be participating in upcoming investor events.

Michael Durney, President and CEO, and John Roberts, Chief Financial Officer, will participate on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at the Cantor Fitzgerald Internet & Technology Conference to be held in New York City.  Mr. Durney and Mr. Roberts will participate in a fireside chat to begin at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.

In addition, management will participate at the 10^th Annual Pacific Crest Emerging Technology Summit in San Francisco, California on Tuesday, March 3, 2015. The fireside chat will be held at 11:30 AM Pacific Time.

Both events will be webcast live on the investor relations section of the Company's website at www.diceholdingsinc.com.

In addition, company management will be hosting meetings with investors, which will not be webcast, at these events.
