Goodwin serves as the Director of Nursing Quality and Regulatory Compliance at Methodist Hospitals, Inc. She brings over 30 years of extensive experience in nursing and medical management, as well as expertise in healthcare and nursing, to her role.

In recognition of her outstanding achievements in the field, Goodwin was voted as a Leader of the Year by Methodist Hospitals. She cites her First Head Nurse, Margaret Graves, as her professional mentor, and lives by the philosophy that one should never give up.
