PARSIPPANY, N.J., April 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Dialogic, a cloud-optimized applications and infrastructure solutions provider for service providers, enterprises, and developers, announced today the general availability of Dialogic® PowerMedia™ XMS Release 3.1.
