Dialight Introduces Industry First Class I Div 2 LED Fixture Delivering over 100 Lumens per Watt

FARMINGDALE, N.J., June 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Dialight (LSE: DIA.L), an innovative global leader in LED lighting technology, today announced the debut of the industry's first-ever 100+ lumens per watt (lm/W) Class I Div 2 certified LED lighting fixture. The new SafeSite® LED High Bay delivers up to 17,500 lumens at just 172W for the ultimate in safe, efficient illumination in hazardous locations. Such hazardous location applications include: oil, gas, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, power generation, wastewater, sewage treatment facilities and other sites requiring UL-844 standards.

The new Dialight SafeSite High Bay is the most recent addition to the company's growing line of ultra-high efficiency 100 lm/W products. The company unveiled its 100 lm/W non-classified DuroSite® LED High Bay in February.
