DHS Group introduces fully integrated benefits platform
HealthSpective helps companies build benefit strategy, administer benefits, analyze population's health and target and measure wellbeing programs
HOUSTON, Sept. 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Dynamic Health Strategies, LLC (DHS Group), a leader in the movement to improve population health, has just unveiled a fully integrated platform to help benefits leaders build their benefit strategy, administer benefits, analyze population health, and administer and measure wellness programs. The new product, HealthSpective, can replace a minimum of five different software vendors and another 5-10 data sources that a benefits department would typically have to manage and integrate. The platform is also vendor agnostic and can loosely integrate with most 3rd party applications.
"Managing a multitude of vendors and data sources is a headache for benefits professionals and we are so excited to be the first company to offer a better way," explains Jim Pritchett, CEO of DHS Group.
HealthSpective has four integrated components:
- HealthSpective Design uses predictive analytics and machine based learning to analyze healthcare claims data to build a benefit plan design that optimizes the cost while maximizing the plan utilization, based on the company's health risk.
- HealthSpective Operate eases the burden of administrating benefits enrollment. The employee plan select tool helps guide the employee to the plan that will be best suited to service each their healthcare needs. Employers have access to real time reporting.
- HealthSpective Analyze gives employers the tools they need to build benefits and wellbeing strategies. Based on an analysis of claims and other related data, the product gives employers recommendations that include an ROI calculation.
- HealthSpective Engage provides a well-being approach to improve population health with modules for Fitness, Health, Financial and Mental health. Employers have access to educational content and a robust incentive management system to reward participants for their engagement.
"At the end of the day, this is about engaging employees to improve their physical, mental and financial health and making it easy on employers," says Pritchett.
The DHS suite is modular, meaning applications can be implemented standalone or in an integrated fashion which benefit from the DHS Data Warehouse and Platform that provides: single sign-on, integrated dashboards, data exchange and storage in the data warehouse for analytics and reporting. DHS is audited to meet SOC 2 requirements as defined by the AICPA and all systems are HIPAA compliant.
