This new feature will help eliminate customer fears of choosing the wrong sized products.

The new Dezzal Size Assistance function is integrated right in the site. Customers can shop as they normally would but once they find a product they want to buy they can get size assistance. Simply click the product to be taken to the detailed product page, from here click the find my size button. The size assistance feature on Dezzal has been created to be as simple as possible and only has three parts.
The first part of the Dezzal product assistance page is to help you find your size. Customers will start by choosing the units they want to work on. Once units are selected customers will have a form to fill in with different measurements. Customers just need to measure themselves in the proper units and input them into the sheet. The size assistance function will then analyze the input.
The second part of the size assistance function is the products measurement tab. Here you will see what sizes go with the measurement. For example, for a blouse you might see the bust size of 82 cm being considered a small. This will give you a better idea of the fit in different areas of the body and help you decide whether you want it tighter or looser in some areas.
The third part of the Dezzal size assistance function is the size guides. In this section you can take your sizes and convert them for different countries.
If you are still unsure or need help using the size assistance function, then customers are encouraged to call Dezzal support. Customer can contact Dezzal by calling 1-518-772-2117. Hours of operation for the phone support are 8:30 to 18:00 (UTC +8) from Monday to Sunday. If you need support outside of these hours you can submit tickets on the Dezzal website and an agent will respond immediately. Customers can also rest assured knowing if they buy a product and the size still ends up coming out wrong they are eligible for a free return and exchange within 30 days of purchase.
