DEARBORN, Mich., March 24, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- FCE Bank plc, a European subsidiary of Ford Motor Credit Company, will hold a conference call at 10 a.m. EDT (3 p.m. London time) March 31 regarding its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended Dec. 31, 2010. The 2010 Annual Report and Accounts will be available prior to the call at www.fcebank.com.

At 10 a.m. EDT (3 p.m. London time) March 31, Peter Jepson, FCE Bank executive director, Finance and Strategy, and Sam Smith, FCE Bank treasurer, will host a conference call for fixed income analysts and investors.
