Deploy receives CNSX listing approval and listing date
VANCOUVER, Dec. 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ - Deploy Technologies Inc. (CNSX: DEP) and (PINKSHEETS: DPLY) is pleased to announce that its subordinated voting shares will be listed on the Canadian National Stock Exchange (CNSX) under the symbol "DEP" effective December 22, 2011. The company's subordinated voting shares are the same class of shares as its common stock, with identical rights and restrictions - the difference in name is solely attributable to a technical requirement implemented by the Canadian Securities Administrators in the context of prospectus filings in Canada.
The company's subordinated voting shares that will be listed on the CNSX and its common stock that is currently quoted on the OTC Markets Pink tier can be bought or sold in either market since they are the same class of shares. Going forward, the company will only use the terms "common stock" or "common shares" when referring to its subordinated voting shares.
David Eppert, Chief Executive Officer of Deploy, stated: "Over the past three years, we have become a fully reporting issuer in British Columbia and Ontario, obtained listing in U.S. and Canadian public marketplaces, and developed a product ready for market. I am truly excited about the progress we have made with the CNSX listing as this can help open many new doors for the company as we progress in our sales and marketing initiatives.
