Denver Magazine Increases Circulation to 50,000
Expanded press run punctuates publication's rapid growth in the market.
DENVER, Dec. 21, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Denver Magazine announced today that it has printed 50,000 copies of its January 2011 issue, the largest press run to date for the monthly publication.
On newsstands Tuesday, December 21, the January issue reveals Colorado's 25 best spas in addition to uncovering the secrets for looking your best from the city's top beauty professionals. The issue also marks the debut of the new "Body" department with a focus on health and wellness, from holistic to traditional remedies. Other stories shed light on the local man singlehandedly hunting the world's foremost international terrorist, the reimagining of the American Indian Art Galleries at the Denver Art Museum, modern color palettes for home design, the return to classic French dishes on Denver's menus, and Colorado athletes to look for at the Winter X Games in Aspen.
"Month after month, we've experienced a higher demand from our readers, and it was only natural to increase our distribution to match that," says Michael Ledwitz, Denver Magazine publisher/editor. "It's an exciting way for us to start 2011, and we look forward to continuing to grow."
Currently more than half of Denver Magazine's press run is mailed to subscribers and professional offices along the Front Range and beyond. An additional 10,000 copies are distributed via exclusive in-room partnerships at leading area hotels including but not limited to Hotel Teatro; The Ritz-Carlton, Denver; Four Seasons Hotel, Denver; The Brown Palace, and Sonnenalp Resort of Vail.
