BOSTON, March 7, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- DentaQuest, a national purpose-driven oral health care organization, ranks "Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Dental Plans" for the second consecutive year, according to the J.D. Power 2017 Dental Plan Satisfaction Report SM. The latest report was based on responses from roughly 2,900 dental plan members nationwide.
DentaQuest ranked highest with an 814 rating on a 1,000-point scale, which is 44 points above the report average, a 13-point increase from last year's top rating and 32 points ahead of the next ranked plan. The organization did particularly well with the most points in communication, customer service, plan coverage, and plan cost.
