DENSO International America Names New COO of North American Headquarters
SOUTHFIELD, Mich., June 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- DENSO today announced that Kazumasa Kimura will be chief operating officer (COO) of DENSO International America, Inc. (DIAM), DENSO's North American headquarters, effective June 22. As COO, Kimura will oversee the company's overall sales operations in North America.
In addition to his duties as COO of DIAM, Kimura will also serve as one of DENSO Corp.'s executive directors. Prior to being appointed to these roles, Kimura was director of the Global Sales and Business Development Division of DENSO Corp. where he was responsible for global OE sales and marketing. Kimura's extensive experience in sales and marketing will help strengthen sales functions and improve customer satisfaction in North America.
