Denny's, Greenville Health System & Spartanburg Water To Host Annual Business Summit For Minority Businesses In Spartanburg, SC, Dec. 4
SPARTANBURG, S.C., Nov. 25, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Corporate sponsors Denny's, Greenville Health System and Spartanburg Water will host the 7th Annual MBE Summit at the Spartanburg Marriott on Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2013, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in conjunction with the Carolinas-Virginia Minority Supplier Development Council. The event will connect some of the nation's largest and most successful Minority Business Enterprises with major corporations to pursue new business opportunities and establish new business relationships.
This year's MBE Summit theme is: "Bridging the Gap." Highlights of the event will include a Small Business Bootcamp, MBE-to-MBE Business Development, Corporate Insights, Speed Networking with Corporations and Tier 1 Suppliers, and a Business Luncheon featuring keynote speaker Dr. Sunil Erevelles, chairman of the department of marketing at Belk College of Business at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte. Participating MBEs also will receive complimentary headshots by a professional photographer.
