Dennis Olcott, Ph.D., joins AdamWorks as Senior Vice President of Engineering

CENTENNIAL, Colo., Feb. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- AdamWorks, LLC, a Colorado-based supplier of advanced engineering and manufacturing solutions, is pleased to announce that Dennis Olcott, Ph.D., P.E., has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Chief Engineer.

Olcott brings over twenty years of experience in composite structures design and certification, new product development, production support engineering, and program management.

Most recently, Olcott served as Vice President of Engineering at Piper Aircraft, with responsibility for new product development, aircraft certification, flight test, and production support engineering.  Previous positions have included Vice President of Engineering and Chief Engineer at Adam Aircraft, and key technical and leadership positions at Scaled Technology Works and Columbia Aircraft (now Cessna).  Mr. Olcott holds a Bachelor of Science and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
