Denise Milroy named as general manager of the Fairfield Inn & Suites Hammond
Milroy was previously operations manager at the same hotel
MERRILLVILLE, Ind., May 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- White Lodging is pleased to announce Denise Milroy has been promoted to lead the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Hammond, IN as its new general manager. She previously was the operations manager at the same hotel.

Milroy, a former EMT and volunteer fireman, started with White Lodging in 2007 as a guest service representative, working her way up through various positions including front desk supervisor, housekeeping manager, assistant general manager and operations manager to reach her new position.

In her new position, Milroy said she would like to increase the hotel's guest service scores by identifying and improving the key areas with the most impact.
