Blevins, LSW, retired, is recognized by Continental Who's Who as a Pinnacle Professional as a result of nearly 30 Years of Excellence in the field of Social Services. Denise was a Family Development Specialist as well as a Juvenile Probation Officer with Latah County Youth Services.

In the last 13 years of her career, Denise was responsible for Conducting Background Checks; Training; Home Studies; Recruitment and Education of Foster Parents; as well as Verifying the Eligibility of Potential Foster Families.

As a result of her dedication and professionalism within the field, Denise was recognized as "Line Worker of the Year" by the Idaho Juvenile Justice Association in September 2009. In addition, she was named "Professional of the Year" by Cambridge Publishing for the 2009/2010 year and was inducted into the registry as a VIP member in 2008.

Additionally, Denise serves as Chairwoman of the Idaho Juvenile Justice Commission Grants Committee, Compliance Committee and Ethics Committee; and is an honored member of the Idaho Juvenile Justice Association and the Idaho Juvenile Justice Commission. Her membership in these organizations allows Denise to remain up to date with the latest trends and technological advances in the field of Social Work.

Denise earned her B.A. in Sociology/Social Work from the University of Idaho.
