In this newly created position, Brady will work to fulfill Demilec's strategic commitment to increase revenue and market penetration in both the United States and Canada for its industry-specific specialty products, which include solutions for agricultural, education, water, oil & gas, energy, military and civil and other commercial industries.

During his tenure at Graco, a worldwide leader in fluid handling, transfer and dispensing equipment, Brady led the company's high-performance coating and foam group to 22-percent growth in an otherwise flat market. Most recently, Brady served as Vice President of Marketing for Houston Wire and Cable, one of the largest wire and cable providers in America.
Brady received his bachelor's degree in physics and MBA for operations management and supervision from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. Brady also proudly served his country as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy.
