DemandTec Files Lawsuits Against Revionics and Revionics Executive
SAN MATEO, Calif., July 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- DemandTec, Inc. (NASDAQ: DMAN), the collaborative optimization network for retailers and consumer products companies, today filed a complaint in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of San Mateo, against Revionics, Inc. alleging libel, intentional interference with contractual relations and prospective economic advantage, and unfair competition. Separately, DemandTec also filed a complaint in the Superior Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Middlesex County, against a former DemandTec executive who recently joined Revionics for breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of duty of loyalty, fraud, and conversion.

The two cases are DemandTec, Inc. v. Revionics, Inc. filed in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of San Mateo, Case No. CIV 506903, and DemandTec, Inc. v. Steven Leven filed in the Superior Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Middlesex County, Civil Action No. 2011-2420.
