Delta Solutions' Board Member David Lucien Appointed to Board of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Investment Authority and Center for Innovative Technology

RESTON, Va., Aug. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Delta Solutions' board member David C. Lucien, CEO of DCL Associates and Chairman Emeritus of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, has been appointed by Gov. Bob McDonnell to the Board of Directors of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Investment Authority (IEIA), which oversees the Center for Innovative Technology (CIT).

Five other new board members were also appointed - Jim Cheng, Virginia Secretary of Commerce and Trade; Laura Fornash, Virginia Interim Secretary of Education; Dr. Michael Rao, President of Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU); Joseph Doherty, Executive Vice President and COO of ACS Government Solutions; and Terry Hsiao, Founding CEO of Hooks Mobile - according to the CIT announcement.
