NEW YORK, June 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) on Monday will launch hourly Delta Shuttle service with 11 weekday flights between New York-LaGuardia and Chicago-O'Hare International airports. To mark Delta's continued growth in the New York market, the airline is offering SkyMiles members triple flown miles and triple Medallion Qualification Miles (MQMs) on all Delta Shuttle flights connecting LaGuardia to Boston-Logan, Washington-Reagan National and Chicago-O'Hare airports between June 14 and Aug. 31, 2010.

During the past four years, Delta has added 40 new destinations from LaGuardia and JFK combined, expanded BusinessElite service to transcontinental flights from JFK to Los Angeles and San Francisco and reintroduced "Red Coats" as customer service ambassadors at LaGuardia and JFK.
With the addition of Chicago-O'Hare, Delta will be the only airline offering shuttle services to New York's top three business markets: Chicago, Boston and Washington, D.C.
Delta Shuttle customers enjoy dedicated self-service check-in kiosks, assigned seating, two classes of service with complimentary upgrades for Medallion members when available, a minimum of 500 SkyMiles for all Shuttle flights, and complimentary beverages and newspapers in the gate area. Onboard, Delta Shuttle also offers enhanced in-flight service including meals in First Class, bagels in Economy on departures before 10 a.m. and complimentary wine and Sam Adams beer.
