Delta Showcases a Complete Line of Telecom Power and Thermal Solutions at OSP Expo 2015

DENVER, Colo., Sept. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Delta Products Corporation, a Delta Group company headquartered in Fremont, CA, is showcasing a complete line of innovative telecom power and thermal management products and solutions that maximize energy efficiency for the telecom industry at OSP Expo 2015. These include Delta's new Advantage 1kW power supply, an outdoor naturally cooled power supply with 96% efficiency for 4G LTE outdoor applications. Delta also displays its complete thermal solutions for 4G cabinet applications, including high efficiency heat exchangers, heaters, thermoelectric cooling (TEC) units, and air conditioners. Telecom Product Highlights

The Advantage 1kW Power Supply, which has the same design as the Reddot 2015 Award winning Golden Eagle Power Supply, is intended for 4G LTE outdoor applications. Thanks to its innovative technology and natural cooling design, the unit achieves a remarkable energy conversion efficiency of 96% that makes it possible for telecom service providers to lower their operational expenditures considerably. Due to its wide input voltage range, IP65 protection rating, and GR487/63/1089 testing certificate, the device is qualified for safe outdoor use, and its compact form factor allows it to fit almost anywhere in the outdoor environment. The Advantage 1kW power supply's outstanding feature set led to its adoption by NTT DOCOMO, Japan's largest mobile service provider. The Advantage 1kW power supply was also successfully selected and deployed by two top leading telecom service operator customers in the USA for new small cell site deployment.

Thermal Product Highlights

The Delta HEX200PC, an air to air heat exchanger with a height of only 27 inches and four powerful and highly efficient fans, can provide cooling capacity ranging from 135W/K to 185W/K and achieve energy savings up to 20%.

The HEH100BA, a heater that is easy to mount and set up, supports 100V-240V AC input and 48V DC input. The two step start-up PTC design provides protection for the battery and equipment. Its LED indicator lets users easily identify the status while operating.

The HET200PC is a slim, quiet, and high-efficiency TEC product with volume savings of 18% and a noise level of only 61 dB-A.

The HEC1000PB is a 1kW DC inverter air conditioner with a remarkably high COP of over 4.5 in a compact size.
