Delta Risk LLC Hires Wesley VanDenburg as Vice President of Sales

"Wes brings proven experience in both cyber security and organization building," said Delta Risk CEO Scott Kaine. "We are pleased to have Wes leading our sales efforts as we expand our professional services and managed security solutions to our customer base."

Prior to Delta Risk, VanDenburg held leadership positions at multiple technology and security firms, including TruShield Security Solutions, Inc., CloudBees, Trustwave, and Applied Systems.

"Wes has a tremendous amount of expertise from his previous positions," said Delta Risk board member David Leach. "As Delta Risk continues to invest in its sales, marketing, and operations to better serve federal and commercial clients, he is a valued addition to the team."

With IT and information security becoming more complex, and the risk of data breaches increasing, more organizations – particularly small and mid-sized businesses – are realizing the cost-savings and efficiencies offered by managed security service providers and consulting firms such as Delta Risk.

Beginning in April 2015, Delta Risk has received significant equity investments and financial support from an affiliate of The Chertoff Group, which supports the company's continuing growth and strategic expansion. VanDenburg joins a team of executives who have been hired within the past year to accelerate Delta Risk's consulting and managed security services. 

VanDenburg is also joined by a new business development staff including Phil Chaves, Zackery Mahon and Joshua Martin.
