Deloitte Rated Tops for ACO Advisory Services for Strategy, Assessment and Preparing Organizations for the Transition to Value-Based Care

KLAS releases performance report based on client interviews

NEW YORK, Dec. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Deloitte has been rated the highest firm for accountable care organization (ACO) strategy development and readiness assessment in a report issued by the independent health care research firm KLAS.

The report, ACO Advisory Services 2014: Navigating the Unchartered Territory of Accountable Care, evaluates seven firms against three categories – strategy development, readiness assessment and implementation – based on interviews with 41 health care organizations working to implement value-based care models.

The report credits Deloitte for having "deep health care resources" and for being "superb in guiding some of the most progressive clients and most complex projects in strategy-development work." And that "customers express most confidence in moving forward with created strategy/infrastructure."

Notably, the report gave Deloitte its highest score for preparing organizations for the transition to a value-based care model.
