Deloitte, PwC, Resources Global Professionals, Grant Thornton, Alpern Rosenthal to Host BlackLine Client Roundtables around the Globe

LOS ANGELES, June 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Further demonstrating the strength of BlackLine's relationships with the world's top accounting industry advisors/consultancies, BlackLine Certified Implementation Professional firms Deloitte, PwC, Resources Global Professionals, Grant Thornton and Alpern Rosenthal will each host BlackLine Client Roundtables in cities around the world, extending the financial software provider's longstanding regional Roundtable program.

A 2-week, 7-city tour beginning next week will include stops in Zurich and Amsterdam to serve BlackLine's growing client base in Europe, along with U.S. stops in Pittsburgh, Penn., Philadelphia, Penn., Kansas City, Mo., Columbus, Ohio, and Los Angeles.

In each city, a BlackLine client will present a case study on the benefits and ROI realized using the BlackLine Financial Close Software Suite.  Multiple BlackLine Experts and consulting/implementation professionals will be on-hand to lead sessions on best practices for optimizing the account reconciliation and financial close processes.  Accounting, finance, audit and compliance department executives from regional BlackLine client companies are expected to attend and share their experiences on new and creative uses of the software.

The BlackLine Client Roundtable program was developed to help clients get the most out of their BlackLine application by providing a forum to network with other users, share creative ideas, tips  and best practices and hear from industry influencers and BlackLine Experts – all amongst an intimate group of like-minded professionals.  Additional Roundtables will be scheduled on a regular basis with other BlackLine Certified Implementation Professional firms such as Ernst & Young LLP and KPMG LLP.
