CHARLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC (DCF) acted as exclusive financial advisor to Butler Burgher Group LLC (BBG) on its recapitalization with Silver Oak Services Partners LLC (Silver Oak). The acquisition closed on July 1, 2015.

Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas, BBG is one of the largest national independent providers of commercial real estate appraisals, appraisal management services, assessments, and related consulting advisory services. DCF has advised BBG on strategic alternatives since 2013. Since then, BBG has grown its operational infrastructure and expanded its geographic presence, including the acquisition of New York-based Leitner Group Inc. in 2014.
