NEW YORK, June 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Deloitte Consulting LLP today announced the appointment of Jason Geller as the national managing director for U.S. human capital consulting. In this role, Geller will oversee all strategy, financial performance and operations, talent recruitment and development, and delivery of human capital consulting services across the country. Geller replaces retiring leader Barbara Adachi.

Prior to this role, Geller served as Deloitte's global and U.S. leader for HR transformation and the U.S. human capital chief strategy and market officer. He previously led Deloitte Consulting's global HR outsourcing offering. Geller is a member of the Deloitte Consulting Board of Directors, the Deloitte Consulting Executive Committee, and the Global Human Capital Executive Committee. Geller specializes in advising global organizations on the strategy, design and implementation of HR and talent transformations.
Geller has co-authored a number of Deloitte's points of view, methodologies, and tools related to HR and talent transformation, service delivery and outsourcing. He was recently profiled in Wharton Professor Adam Grant's book, Give and Take. Geller lives in Westchester, N.Y. and received his Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in Industrial and Labor Relations and his MBA from Columbia University.
