The study focused on the most demanding segment in the market, affluent customers, and how the brands that serve them perform.

About the study
The study included 300 affluent customers households with average annual income of $150,000 or above and 300 affluent customers households with annual income $250,000 or above.
Participants were asked to rank their preferred brands in the following categories – hospitality, luxury automotive, airlines, retail and entertainment. Following the selection of the top brands, respondents were asked to rank 25 Delight Drivers™ by importance and satisfaction.
