ATLANTA, June 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- In a move to further bolster its institutional sales and relationship management effort, Invesco today announced that Delia M. Roges has joined its Institutional Sales and Client Service team as Senior Director. She is responsible for marketing Invesco's investment strategies and providing client service to Public Employee Retirement Funds in the Western U. S. She joins with the unique experience of being both a plan sponsor and a sales professional with a multi-product institutional firm. Roges is based in Los Angeles and joins Keri Hepburn, Dyice Ellis-Beckham and Marquette Chester on the Public Funds Sales and Service team. The team is led by Marquette Chester, Managing Director, and reports to Eric Johnson, Head of Institutional Sales and Service, N.A.

Ms. Roges joins from Oro Capital Advisors, a firm she co-founded in late 2009. Oro is an emerging investment firm focused on the acquisition of non-performing notes and real estate assets in the lower middle-market sector. Previously, Ms. Roges served nearly 14 years as a Senior Vice President for Trust Company of the West (TCW) where she was responsible for new business development and creating product solutions for institutional clients. She joined TCW in 1994 from Southern California Edison Company where she held various investment responsibilities in the Corporate Treasurer's Department, including responsibilities with the pension fund.
Ms. Roges presently serves on the Board of Regents to Loyola Marymount University (LMU) and on the Board of Visitors at the School of Education at LMU. Ms. Roges is also an Executive Committee and Board Member of the New America Alliance (NAA), a national organization of Latino business leaders focused on the advancement of the Latino community. She currently chairs the NAA's Membership Committee commissioned to identify Latino business leaders, entrepreneurs and corporate sponsors. She has also served as a Board Member of Good Shepherd Center for Homeless Women and Children since 2001. Ms. Roges earned a BBA from Loyola Marymount University and holds an MBA from the University of Southern California.
