Delaware Withdraws from Lawsuit against Plastic Pipe Maker JM Eagle

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 12 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The state of Delaware last Friday filed a notice of withdrawal of intervention in the federally filed qui tam lawsuit targeting JM Eagle with the U.S. District Court in Los Angeles. Delaware joins the states of California, Florida, Indiana and Massachusetts, as well as the U.S. government, in declining to intervene in the case.
