Del Monte Foods Donates 146 Tons Of Food To Hurricane Sandy Relief Efforts
Nearly $200,000 worth of people and pet food will be donated to Feeding America and the ASPCA
SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Del Monte Foods today announced it will donate 146 tons of Del Monte® canned fruit, vegetables and tomatoes, College Inn® broth and a variety of dog and cat food from Kibbles 'n Bits® and Meow Mix® to Feeding America, the nation's largest hunger relief organization, and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
