Defense Logistics Agency Recognizes 24 Industry Partners for Business Excellence at Conference in Ohio
FORT BELVOIR, Va., June 29, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Defense Logistics Agency honored 24 industry partners, customers and individuals June 28 during its Business Alliance Award ceremony.
DLA Director, Navy Vice Adm. Alan S. Thompson, presented the annual awards during the DLA Industry Conference and Exhibition being held at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, Ohio, June 27-30.
The awards recognized those who have demonstrated outstanding efforts to partner with DLA and improve the agency's mission – providing supplies and services to America's warfighters.
