Deezer Announces New Hire Beth Murphy as Chief Marketing Officer
Former CMO and EVP of Product at Zinio Joins Company's Growing North America Office
SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Deezer, the premier global digital music streaming service, today announced the appointment of Beth Murphy as Chief Marketing Officer. She will be focused on leading Deezer's global brand, along with product marketing, product management, acquisition, engagement and customer service efforts for the U.S. and global verticals.
Murphy takes on her role of CMO following Zinio, where she was responsible for marketing, business development and product management for the world's largest digital magazine newsstand and top rated app. She has also held product and marketing leadership roles at Travelocity, Yahoo, Visa, Intuit, Clorox, Digg and Stitcher.
