WAUKESHA, Wis. and ARLINGTON, Va., July 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Dedicated Computing's Director of Engineering Services, Andrew Herger, will moderate a panel discussion at the 2nd Annual Medical Device Cybersecurity Risk Mitigation Conference being held July 17-18 in Arlington, VA. Addressing the topic, "Partnering with Security Researchers," Herger and other industry and security experts will discuss industry and research partnership rationales, limitations and pitfalls for vulnerability reporting, and the benefits of working with security researchers.
Herger is a driver of security technologies for Dedicated Computing and its customers. His engineering teams design and deploy hardened systems, network infrastructure, and applications infrastructure for devices in markets such as healthcare and life sciences.
Herger will lead an esteemed panel of experts into a larger discussion about practical approaches for reporting coordinated vulnerability disclosures that includes:
