A luncheon was held on Tuesday, May 5, to unveil Huntsville/Madison County's 12 outstanding employers. Winners were based solely and exclusively on input from their employees. This is DECISIVE ANALYTICS Corporation's second year participating; this year graduating from the micro category to the small category.

The winners of this year's Best Places to Work were selected from a narrowed list of 58 contenders and were announced at the luncheon event at the Von Braun Center. This year's luncheon marks the 8th year the Chamber has held the Best Places to Work award in Huntsville/Madison County. The awards are the result of a partnership between the Chamber of Commerce of Huntsville/Madison County and the North Alabama Society for Human Resource Management (NASHRM).
