The Forrester report evaluated eleven of the most significant providers in the category to assess the state of the digital decisioning platforms market. Vendors were evaluated for their strengths and weaknesses across 10 criteria. The evaluation focused on current offering, strategy, and market presence.
Decisions received a differentiated rating, the highest possible score in the decision management features, market approach, and road map criteria.
