In this capacity, he will oversee and direct all manufacturing operations at Deceuninck's facility in Monroe, Ohio, including materials research, compounding, tool manufacturing, extrusion, supply chain and logistics.

Prior to joining Deceuninck, Sheffield served as director of operational initiatives, plant manager, and ultimately director of operations for Simonton's fabrication subsidiary, Simonton Windows. Sheffield also held positions at Simex Vinyl Extrusion (Simonton's vertically integrated subsidiary). Prior to his work with Simonton, Sheffield held various positions at Vinyl Tool & Die Company in Youngstown, Ohio.
Sheffield earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Youngstown State University. He also obtained his Six Sigma Green Belt designation from Villanova University's certification program and is a graduate of the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management Leadership Development Course in Chicago, Illinois.
