FRESNO, Calif., May 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Kevin Delaney, President of Decade Software Company, LLC, announced that El Paso County Environmental Health and Tri-County Health Department both have selected EnvisionConnect as their permitting and inspection system following extensive RFP processes.

Tri-County Health Department serves Adams, Arapahoe and Douglas Counties, in Colorado. El Paso County Environmental Health serves the residents of El Paso County. Both agencies manage a substantial slate of environmental health programs and work diligently to protect the public health in the region through education and enforcement.
