Decade Software Client Successfully Completes Comprehensive Internal Review to Strengthen Productivity

Capacity Assessment Services (CAS) is Decade's personalized consulting service aimed at helping clients streamline procedures and practices, maximize their use of Decade's solutions, and improve their organizational culture. Decade's CAS team administers comprehensive assessment surveys and visits agency offices to evaluate internal operations and develop a detailed recommendation plan. CAS clients and Decade then formulate and implement an action plan that includes training, report writing, re-configuration, and documenting procedures and workflows.
