COLUMBUS, Ohio, July 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Taylor Strategy Partners (TSP), a leader in the people business since 1969, is pleased to announce the addition of Deborah Schnell, Vice President, Managing Director, leading efforts for sales force expansion engagements.
Schnell brings over 30 years of experience working with world-class sales and marketing organizations, including 20 years specifically focused in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Having worked in direct sales, professional communications platforms, and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Schnell has proven to be successful in elevating sales organizations to optimal levels of productivity.
"I have spent much of my career in pharmaceutical sales and I appreciate the importance of the sales rep. In this complex and changing environment, TSP's proprietary technology, software, and uniquely customized methodology are engineered to accelerate sales rep performance and reduce turnover. The opportunity to bring this critical solution to clients, is why I joined TSP," commented Schnell.
