SHORT HILLS, N.J., March 7, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation announced today the appointment of Deborah Flynn as Western Regional Director and President of Life Rolls On, a subsidiary of the Reeve Foundation. In this role, Flynn will expand the work of the Reeve Foundation on the West Coast and further the work of LRO which is dedicated to improving the quality of life for young people affected by spinal cord injury and utilizes action sports as a platform to inspire infinite possibilities despite paralysis.

Flynn's charitable experience includes serving as a former member of the Reeve Foundation's Board of Directors and founder and current Vice President of the QUAD Foundation in San Diego. Flynn, who has a background in sales management and marketing for over two decades, will guide LRO to drive programs and develop growth strategies. Flynn, whose son is living with quadriplegia as a result of being struck by a drunk driver in 2002, has a very personal connection to this cause.
