DALLAS, Oct. 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Debbie's Dream Foundation: Curing Stomach Cancer (DDF) will hold its Dallas Stomach Cancer Education Symposium and Webinar featuring a panel of leading oncologists and healthcare experts on Saturday, November 4, 2017. The symposium, supported in part by Title Sponsor, Lilly Oncology, will be live translated to Spanish and is designed for patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
