'Deal of the Year' Award to ExxonMobil for XTO Energy Purchase

HOUSTON, July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The Oil and Gas Investor Excellence Award for "M&A Deal of the Year" will be presented to ExxonMobil for its $41-billion purchase of XTO Energy Inc.
