DDC USA's Global Network Grows With The Acquisition Of Didoc Data Services

ATLANTA, May 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- DDC USA (http://www.ddcusa.com/), a North American leader in data processing, has announced today that its extensive global network, supported by its parent company The DDC Group, has grown with the acquisition of Didoc Data Services of Den Haag. The acquiring division is DDC Europe (http://www.ddceurope.nl/), DDC USA's sister company headquartered in Oss, Netherlands.

The two data processing specialists have been competitors in the Dutch and Belgian markets up until now. According to Brett Trevalyan, DDC Group Director, "The market for basic capture and scanning services in Benelux is declining as more data is captured electronically, so the time is ripe for consolidation and a broadening of product offering."

The refined data capture market fosters a unique environment for innovative collaboration between the two parties. "Didoc's expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) adds an extra dimension to DDC Europe," explained Trevalyan. "In turn, DDC offers impressive European language skills and decades of scanning and electronic recognition experience."

Another competitive advantage that DDC brings to the table is its high capacity, cost-effective offshore operation. The client cost savings for its large and highly complex business process outsourcing (BPO) projects can be as high as 70%.

All of these factors combined are expected to enhance and expand the BPO services offered to DDC Europe's existing clients in Benelux, the UK and elsewhere, as well as for Didoc's former customers.
