DDB Group Tops Effie Singapore Awards for the Eighth Year
SINGAPORE, June 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- DDB Group Singapore has topped the Effie awards for the eighth consecutive year, clinching three Gold and two Silver awards at the Effie Singapore award ceremony held on Tuesday night, May 31, 2011.
DDB picked up Effie awards for all five of its short-listed entries and also walked away with the most Effies awarded to a single agency at the show. The agency was awarded three Gold Effies in recognition of its highly effective and creative campaigns for StarHub's intuitive "Music MoodBox," Singapore Kindness Movement's "Kindness Live," and the Breast Cancer Foundation's "Are we obsessed with the right things?." DDB was also awarded two Silver Effies: one for its "Ah Kong" Dementia Awareness campaign for the Health Promotion Board, and the other for "Flip your Profile" for Cisco's Flip video camera.
