DCT Telecom Group Gains Experience and Resources of Telecommunications Veterans
WESTLAKE, Ohio, June 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- DCT Telecom Group, Inc. (DCT), a leading local provider of business class cloud, data and voice solutions, today announced the addition of two experienced professionals to its team. With a combined three decades of experience these individuals will work to drive DCT's commitment to sustained growth and leadership in providing cloud-based technology solutions.
Rick Conaway joins DCT as Enterprise Account Manager. In this key role he will be instrumental in fulfilling DCT's unique approach to total account management and exceptional customer service. By leveraging the extensive DCT product portfolio, he will support the strategic operational and revenue goals of enterprise customers through the deployment of the most current technology and customized services in their daily operations. Conaway joins DCT from AT&T, where he built a successful sales and account management career spanning 13 years. His experience managing a diverse base of multi-national Fortune 1000 clients affords DCT customers an extensive knowledge base and understanding of the increasingly complex corporate communications landscape. Conaway holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree in Information and Communications Sciences from Ball State University in Muncie, IN.
Chris Fedor joins DCT as Manager, Cloud & Data Services. In this newly created role, Fedor is responsible for working closely with DCT's sales and in-house engineering teams in the strategic development of products and services that enable businesses to cut their costs, raise their revenue and reduce the risks associated with running their organizations. Fedor is an expert in business-class phone systems and bandwidth management, building his successful 20 year sales and management career with Warwick Communications, Laketec Communications, CTG Services and most recently, Bandwidth Management Group, a company he founded. With his depth of industry experience and technical knowledge he can effectively assess a business' operations, developing a more systematic approach to managing their communications with customized solutions that directly impact their bottom line. Fedor is a graduate of Cleveland State University in Cleveland, OH, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Communications. He spent his early career as a relief pitcher for several major league baseball organizations including the Cleveland Indians.
