DCT Telecom Group Adds Systems Integration Specialist to Engineering Team

WESTLAKE, Ohio, Sept. 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- DCT Telecom Group, Inc. (DCT), a leading local provider of business class cloud, data and voice solutions, is pleased to announce that it has added Matt Dray, software engineer, to its in-house network and engineering team.

As software engineer, Dray will be responsible for the administration and management of DCT's enterprise and customer-facing applications. His extensive experience as a systems integration specialist with cross-platform data will be integral as he works to enhance internal ERP & CRM solutions, create custom applications and automate internal processes with the goal of improving delivery of services to our customers.

With over 20 years of experience in a variety of roles, Dray has an extensive operational management background focused on streamlining processes for greater efficiency, as well as a strong working knowledge of server systems, web content, productivity software and relational databases. Dray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Toledo, Toledo, OH, and joins DCT from Sooy & Company in Elyria, OH.
