DENVER, Jan. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DCT Industrial Trust® (NYSE: DCT), a leading industrial real estate investment trust, today announced the income tax treatment of its 2009 distributions to holders of its Common Stock.

For holders of DCT Industrial Common Stock, the 2009 dividend of $0.31 per share includes one quarterly distribution declared in 2008 and paid in 2009 and three quarterly distributions declared and paid in 2009.
