DCS Debuts Game-Changing Premium Series 9 Grill

"The new Series 9 DCS Grill provides the full package of beauty, brains and brawn with impressive new features," says Kevin Dexter, Fisher & Paykel President of North America. DCS allows you to precisely control the heat from 300°F to 1100°F and 121,500 BTU/hr total power."

Key innovative features include:

• Secondary Cooking Surface - The secondary area features multi-level, moveable shelves which creates four different spaces to slow cook, roast, simmer or warm food.
• Interior Hood lighting - 12v halogen, stadium style lighting illuminates all cooking surfaces. Designed for a serious heat environment, the lights highlight the cooking surface from inside the lid while emitting a welcome glow around the grill.
• Control Lighting - Two color bezel lighting on control dials; white when the lights or grill is on and orange showing the specific burner that's lit.
• Charcoal / Smoker insert - Replacing the current smoker the charcoal insert allows for indirect or direct smoking and the ability to cook on lump coal, briquettes or wood to add maximum flavor. The W-shaped tray with adjustable vents allows the charcoal to last longer.
• Easy Lifting Hood - the updated profile with hood spring assist allows for 90 degree opening, using one hand, for smoke ventilation and better access to cooking areas.
• Hot Surface Ignition - 12v power with auto push ignition that doesn't require a battery.
• Storage for Racks and Tools – an optional 6" storage compartment bolts onto either side of the grill and provides room for racks, grates or tools. Allows for replacement into existing 42" and 54" cutouts.
• Sizing Options: 36"/42"/48"/54"/60" with storage compartment.

Series 9 Grills will debut at HBPExpo in Nashville March 8-10, 2018 and will be available for purchase through authorized retailers that carry DCS in April starting at $4599.
