DCS Corp Appoints Jim Flynn as Vice President of Contracts

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 14, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- DCS Corp, headquartered in Alexandria, VA, announced that the company has appointed Jim Flynn to serve as Vice President of Contracts. In this role, Mr. Flynn will have responsibility for contracts, subcontracts, purchasing and pricing.  He will report to Tom Fradette, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Most recently, he served as Vice President of Strategic Pricing at USIS. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Marymount University. Mr. Flynn is a member of the National Contract Management Association.
