DaVita Acquires Purity Dialysis

MILWAUKEE, May 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- DaVita Kidney Care, a division of DaVita Inc. (NYSE: DVA), a leading provider of kidney care services in the United States, today announced its acquisition of Wisconsin-based Purity Dialysis.

Purity Dialysis operates ten dialysis centers in the greater Milwaukee area and provides out-patient hemodialysis and in-home peritoneal dialysis training.
